Delivery Information

The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods in stock. If at the time of placing the order all the goods you have selected are in stock, we will deliver the order within 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the remoteness of your region. If the ordered goods are not in stock, the maximum delivery time of the order can be 8 weeks. But we try to deliver orders to customers as quickly as possible, and 90% of customer orders are sent within the first 3 weeks. If part of the goods from your order has not arrived at the warehouse after 3 weeks, we will send all the goods from stock, and then send you the remaining part of the order at our own expense.

This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online store represented by the site administrator at the time of placing the order.

When placing an order, the Buyer expresses their consent to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Acceptance of this Agreement by the Buyer is the placement of an order through the website of the Online store.

Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the product may make a purchase via the Internet.

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes in the Terms.

2. Order processing


To place an Order, it is necessary to indicate the current contact details of the Buyer in the Online store.

The Seller shall not be held liable for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.

The Client's order can be placed in the online store.

After placing the Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of delivery of the Goods to the Client.

If the Client has placed an Order for a quantity of Goods greater than the Seller has in stock, the Seller shall inform the Client by sending a message by e-mail or by phone specified by the Client during registration about when the missing quantity of Goods will be available. The Client has the right to agree to accept the Goods in the quantity available to the Seller or to cancel this item of Goods from the Order. If the Client does not receive a response within 3 days from the date of notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this item from the Order.

The goods in the catalog are presented as photo samples and a text description, which are the property of the Online Store.

The presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and text information: description, characteristics, dimensions, unit cost of the goods, have information about the main consumer properties of the goods.

Some products may differ from those shown in the photograph, namely the shade, the pattern on the equipment case, the color of the case, etc. If the Client has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, the Client must contact the Seller before placing the Order.

No later than 1 day from the moment of making the advance payment, in case of cancellation of the prepaid Order, the advance payment amount is fully returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the manner agreed upon by the parties, after 1 day - the Buyer is obliged to redeem the order.
